HE
Static Control Nozzle |
|
| HE Static Control Nozzles are a
current-limited pinpoint ionizing air source, which ensures operator
and equipment safety. By limiting current at the nozzle tip, the HE
can be used where contact by personnel is likely. HE nozzles can be
mounted individually, in series, or on an air header bar. They operate
on compressed air or nitrogen and produce a high-velocity stream of
static eliminating air for cleaning and static control. Ideal for
preventing double pickup at the feed pile on sheet-fed presses. Click
here for data sheet. |

HS
Static Control Nozzle |
|
| HS Static Control Nozzles are "shockless"
nozzles. The term shockless indicates that the ionizing point, located
inside the nozzle tip, is capacitively coupled to the high voltage
source, thus limiting the current at the point to a very low level.
Under normal conditions, direct contact with the point will not result
in a shock sensation. HS Static Control Nozzles can be installed
individually, in series, and mounted on a standard air bar header.

R55
Static Control Nozzle |
|
The R55
Static Control Nozzle is particularly effective for separating paper
and film sheets on feed piles. The R55 has eight active ionization
pins to deliver outstanding depth and range of static elimination. The
nozzle is shockless for operator safety. The R55 Static Control Nozzle
comes in your choice of two air exit configurations, a slot or a
double row of perforation holes (best for feed piles). It can be
ordered with an axial (straight) or radial (right angle - preferred
for feed piles) high voltage cable exit. Each nozzle comes with an
adjustable two-piece mounting bracket and hardware.
The cable for the R55 is metal
shielded, which reduces EMI and RFI emissions and allows the cable to
be mounted against metal without danger of burn-out.
The cable and power supply must be ordered
separately. |

Transvector with Blue Bar HL Static
Control Bar
|
|
A Transvector with Blue
Bar HL Static Control Bar provides a highly efficient "air
knife" or "curtain" of static eliminating air for
superior cleaning and static control. Best of all, we combine the
proven performance of Simco Static Control Bars and the new and
improved patented Vortec Curtain Transvectors.
Operating alone, the Blue Bar HL Static Control Bar
is a high efficiency, extended range, shockless static bar UL listed
for use in Class I (Division 1 and 2, Group D) Class II (Division 1
and 2, Group G) and Class III (Division 1 and 2) hazardous locations. |

Transvector with MEB Static Control Bar
|
|
A Transvector with MEB Static Control Bar
provides a highly efficient "air knife" or
"curtain" of ionized air for superior cleaning and static
elimination. Best of all, we combine the proven performance of Simco
Static Bars and the new and improved patented Vortec Curtain
Transvectors. Operating alone, an MEB Static Control Bar
efficiently neutralizes static charges on surfaces close to the static
bar. When a static control bar is combined with a transvector, the
ability to clean and neutralize surfaces in a specific area a distance
away from the bar is dramatically improved.

Transvector with Blue Bar R51 Static Control
Bar
|
|
A Transvector with Blue Bar R51 Static
Control Bar provides a highly efficient "air knife" or
"curtain" of static eliminating air for superior cleaning
and static elimination. Best of all, we combine the proven performance
of Simco Static Bars and the new and improved patented Vortec Curtain
Transvectors.
Operating alone, The Blue Bar is a super high-output,
rugged, shockless static control bar which can be used in almost any
application requiring a static bar. The bar is especially useful for
high speed applications and is effective at web speeds of 2500 feet
per minute or more. The bar delivers long range static elimination,
and can be located up to 6 inches (and sometimes more!) from the
target material. |

Transvector without Static Control Bar
|
|
| Transvectors are highly efficient "air
knives" or "curtains" of compressed air for superior
blow-off of dust and dirt. Simco's Transvector uses a patented
technology which makes it the most effective air knife available on
the market. The unique design results in efficient compressed air
use(4.3 SCFM per inch @ 80 psi) and quiet operation. |
