FlexTac Adjustable Static Charging
Applicator

The FlexTac Static Charging Applicator, when
used with a SIMCO Chargemaster CH30 power supply, delivers an static
charge to temporarily pin or bond lap cards or other materials, into
place. Lap card insertion rate will increase improving productivity,
minimizing wasted cards and increasing profits.
The FlexTac provides maximum voltage and current
output for superior pinning action. It is a non-current limited,
"hot" applicator for use in areas where contact with
personnel is unlikely. The FlexTac gooseneck and base are also
available without the “hot” applicator, and will accept all styles
of Pinner Arc-Resistant applicators. |

The Pinner Bar and Pinner
Bar NR (Non-Replaceable Pins) Static Charging Applicator are current
limited and arc resistant, and feature 50 kV rated high-voltage cable
with silicone sleeving to ensure operator and equipment safety.
The Pinner Bar NR has non-replaceable pins. The Pinner
Bar features removable ionizing pins, which significantly extends the
life of the bar. The bars are available with an optional high-voltage
cable connector so bars can be easily removed without unthreading the
cables.
Pinner Static Charging Bars are rated for use in
temperatures up to 200 degrees F and are compatible with Simco
Chargemaster and ECS200 Power Supplies. |

Pinner Superbar Static Charging Applicator

The Pinner Superbar Static Charging
Applicator is arc resistant and delivers more voltage and
current than any high voltage applicator available. The Superbar is
built for serious pinning tasks such as catalog and magazine stacking
in bindery operations. The Superbar's thin profile allows it to fit
between the belts of most stackers and the flexible mounting
arrangement allows for easy height adjustment. The Superbar is a high
output bar that outperforms every other product on the market. It has
the added benefit of removable and replaceable emitter points, which
significantly extends the life of the product!
The Superbar Static Charging Applicator is designed
for operation only with a CH30 or BP30 Chargemaster Power Supply. |

Static Charging Applicators

| Arcing can cause a multitude of
problems such as EMI interference, shutdown of production lines and
personnel injury due to surprise from electrical shock. Resistance to
arcing means that the Pinner applicators continuously supply static
charge. This feature makes them easier and safer to set up and use.
The Pinner also produces superior bonding compared to less
sophisticated applicators. The Pinner applicators are also available
in a non-current limited version for less sensitive areas. |

Tetra Static Charging Bar

| Distinguished by high performance and rugged
construction, the Tetra Static Charging Bar consists of an inner bar
of ionizing points mounted in a round rigid housing. The ionizing
points are easy to clean with the supplied cleaning brush. A Tetra Bar
incorporates a straight-end HV connector or an optional right-angle
connector. The high voltage cable is flame retardant, highly flexible,
and removable to simplify bar maintenance. |
