PerforMAX
3 Static Control System |
|
| The NEW PerforMAX 3 is the
most advanced static control system available for monitoring static
neutralizing performance. PerforMAX3 provides outstanding extended
range performance to eliminate static charges even when installed
2" to 10" from webs (depending on conditions), and up to
20" on winders. PerforMAX 3 available for hazardous
locations. |

R50
& R51 Static Control Blue Bars |
|
| New Technology! A super
high-output static control bar which can be mounted up to 6 inches
away from the target material and can handle web speeds up to 2500
feet per minute and more. The R51 has a high voltage cable which can
be detached from the static control bar. The R50 has a high voltage
cable which is permanently attached to the static eliminating bar. |

Blue
Bar HL Static Control Bar |
|
| The Blue Bar HL provides static control on
webs at speeds to 2,500 fpm at 1” and can be mounted up to 6” from
the web at slower speeds. This makes it the most powerful shockless
static eliminator UL listed for use in Class I (Division 1 and 2,
Group D), Class II (Division 1 and 2, Group G) and Class III (Division
1 and 2) hazardous locations. |

MEB
& MEJ Static Bars |
|
| Aluminum encased, small profile rectangular
(MEB) or circular (MEJ) static bar. Machinery often comes with this
static control bar pre-installed because it fits into tight spaces. |

 |
 |
ME
100 and ME 125 Static Control Bars |
|
| The ME100 and ME125 Static Control Bars are
well known in many industries as workhorse static eliminators. Their
rigid construction makes them favorites in demanding industrial
environments. Common applications include sheeting, slitting,
rewinding, and other web applications. |

|
One
Point Ionizer |
|
| The shockless One Point static control
applicator is designed for spot static control and for applications
with hard to reach static charges. |

 |
 |
PSH-N
Static Control Bar |
|
| The PSH-N Static Control Bar is a high
output, shockless static eliminator with two parallel rows of pins.
The static control bar offers maximum strength, rigidity, and
ruggedness. The sag rate of the PSH-N is less than 1/2 inch over 10
feet of bar length. The PSH-N Static Control Bar is popular for a wide
variety of applications, and is particularly preferred for long
distance applications, such as on bag machine wicketers, since the
static bar can be mounted up to 6 inches from the target material. |

 |
 |
SM
Static Control Bar |
|
| The SM Static Control Bar is a micro sized
(3/8 inch square) static eliminator for lengths up to 6 feet. The
static bar is popular with machine builders because it fits into very
tight spaces. Common applications include web processes, plastics,
printing, and packaging operations. The static bar has a unique
stainless steel emitter spring assembly which provides more ionizing
points per inch for maximum ionization |

XP-2 Static Control Bar
|
|
The XP-2 Static Control Bar is UL listed for
Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Group D Hazardous Locations and FM
approved when used with a Simco XP167 or XP267 Power Supply, which can
be mounted within the hazardous area. The XP-2 Static Control Bar is
also approved for use with the N167 or N267 Power Supplies, which must
be mounted outside the hazardous area, in electrostatic finishing
processes involving spray painting, dipping, coating, and liquid
printing processes.
The XP-2 Static Control Bar has 1/2" NPT male
threads at the cable end of the bar for connection to rigid or
flexible metal conduit. All conduit runs are then sealed at the power
supply enclosure. |
