The Concept is
Simple:
No oil in the compressor = no oil in the air.
All oil, even in the crankcase, is
eliminated. The unique design of the V and W Series assures the long
life and productivity you’ve come to expect from Champion.
Internal moving parts in the V and W
Series oil-less design are protected from wear without conventional
lubrication. Crankshaft and rod bearings are lubricated by exclusive
sealed, solid synthetic lubricants. Pistons move on alloyed
heat-resistant filled Teflon guide and compression rings. The result
is low maintenance, high durability and pure, oil-less air! |

Champion offers the RotorChamp® Oil Free
non-lubricated rotary screw for those needs that require an oil-free
air discharge. The RotorChamp OF utilizes water injection, instead of
oil, to offer clean, oil-free air.

Single and Two-Stage Air
Compressors

Available with horizontal or space-saving vertical
tanks.
Features include rugged cast iron crankcase
construction and tough cast iron or cast iron lined domed cylinders
that eliminate head gasket concerns while improving compressor
efficiency. The disc valves are precisely machined of select Swedish
steel. Crankshafts are of rugged cast iron. The R-Series
line of air compressor pumps are available as a single or two-stage,
with a pressure range of 100-175 psi.
The PL-Series compressor
has been designed to operate in extreme duty applications and is also
an alternative to the R-Series. Because the PL-Series can operate up
to 250 psi, in remote locations or in off-level operations, it is a
true industrial use compressor.
